Christmas in Blue Ridge GA

The Blue Ridge Express’ Santa Express is one of the best ways to kick off the holiday season. Listen to a Christmas story, sing along to Christmas carols and let the kids meet the guy in the big red suit, Santa. Whether you choose a daytime or nighttime pavilion ride, or both, you’ll get a chance to experience longer tours and meet with Santa on the pavilion. If you don’t get a chance to meet Santa during the train ride, you can still see both Mr. and Mrs. Claus at the Light Up Blue Ridge Parade. This fun holiday day begins with Santa’s arrival on the train, and continues with festive merchants and live entertainment, as kids wait for their turn to tell Santa what they want for Christmas. The parade begins with the Tree Lighting ceremony around 7 pm. You won’t want to miss watching this 27-foot tree light up! Santa on his sleigh will be closing out the parade, wishing us all a good night.

You’ll love watching downtown Blue Ridge GA fill with live entertainment throughout the day. There’s snow place like the North Georgia mountains, for the holidays!
