Moonshine Festival

Moonshine Festival

The Moonshine Festival has as part of it’s festivities one of the largest car shows in the Eastern US. The car show is located at the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame, and the festival spreads throughout historic downtown Dawsonville’s welcoming hometown streets. While leisurely walking through hundreds of vintage cars you can hear the sounds of live music that brings back shades of the past. With classic vehicles of all kinds, you will see 50’s cars, race cars, hot rods, dune buggies, vintage trucks, V8 muscle cars, Ford model Ts and model As just to name a few. Dawsonville is notorious for it passion of the cars that ran moonshine up and down Hwy 9.
